Return Policy

Auld Curiosities believes in customer satisfaction is a priority. To that end we accept return of goods that do not meet expectations.

1. Damage incurred in transit should first be addressed with the carrier and if it is decided that the package was not packaged to provide sufficient protection, then the responsibility for refund will be accepted by Auld Curiosities.
2. It is also accepted that items bought on the internet may not meet expectations (though we strive to ensure this is not the case here) and we will accept returns on that basis.
3. The buyer is responsible for the return of goods, in the same packaging that was provided. Auld Curiosities should be advised of the intent to return by email at info@auldcuriosities.com. within 4 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods is met by the buyer and evidence of the goods being couriered back to Auld Curiosities must be started within 14 days of the goods being received by the buyer.
4. There is a cost incurred in retuned products being checked and re-entered into stock and for that reason the refund, which will be made within 3 days of the goods being received, will be 90% of the original purchase price.
